Terms of Class Withdrawal

Ideally, you will submit your drop notification before the 20^th of the month, to ensure you are not billed for the following month.

To recap, drops received during:

• 1^st and the 20^th: AcroSport will enter your drop date for the last day of the month. No charge will occur for next month.
• 21^st- 31^st: AcroSport will enter your drop date as 8^th-14^th. You will receive a final bill for 2 weeks of tuition (pro-rated) as your child will continue to have class for the next two weeks of the next month.

Special notice to our brand-new families (in our program 2 weeks or less): We offer a full money-back guarantee to brand new families if you don’t love your class! Just be sure to submit your drop request within 14 days of joining our program, and you will receive full refund of your tuition and registration fee. Otherwise, please follow the policy above.

Please note we do not offer any other types of refunds for any other reasons without a doctor’s note. All recreational classes offered at AcroSport is billed monthly on the 1^st of the month, to ensure you are not billed for the following month please turn in your withdrawal form in a timely manner.
